DS Nitris

DS Nitris, Avid’s flagship editing and compositing system, works with uncompressed Standard or High Definition images. It is an ideal tool to post produce both long-form and short-form projects, title sequences, commercials and complicated special effects. It’s also compatible with all Avid offline editing systems and recreates all your offline decisions.

Envy’s 3 DS Nitris suites are fitted with a large range of Fusion, Sapphire and Tinder plug-ins, to enhance the already comprehensive toolset that DS has to offer. Each DS has 3.4 terabytes of storage which is 36 hours of SD or 8 hours of HD footage.

Symphony

Our Symphony Nitris systems have the real-time horsepower you need for high-throughput, high quality SD & HD finishing. Symphony provides a seamless workflow for editing, colour correction, integrated media management all enabling you to take your project to completion. Total Conform allows you to move easily between Avid Offline and Online environments keeping all of the timeline information.

Sapphire plug-ins are installed as standard and the suites are connected to a Unity for collaborative workflow across projects enabling unlimited access to media across suites. 16TB of mirrored storage gives maximum security for both project and media files.
