Friday 7th February was a very special day as we teamed up with the University College Hospital for their National Story Telling Week for children at the hospital. ENVY’s Claudia & Mike spent the afternoon at UCLH where they read a range of stories to the children as part of the hospitals activity plan for National Story Telling Week.

A huge thank you to our friends at The Fitzrovia Partnership and UCLH for organising the opportunity, we’re proud to have built such a great relationship with these fantastic organisations & look forward to volunteering at similar events with them in the near future.

“If you can help a child to smile, it’s the best thing; helping to distract them from hospital environment and bringing a bit of joy is extremely rewarding."
Claudia
“It’s not easy for the children to be here, we hope we could bring some happiness & few smiles to their days as they really put a smile on ours.”

“It is great working with The Fitzrovia Partnership and UCLH to be able to offer support to our local community in a small way. We are very fortunate to have people like Claudia and Mike working for us and get involved with community work and reading stories to the children. A big thank you to the staff at UCLH for having us”
