Main Purpose:
Runners are the face of ENVY, and on a day-to-day basis are client facing, providing refreshments, delivering meals and helping with any ad-hoc requests as they arise, whilst also performing media management and logistics duties.

Key Duties:

  • To ensure client areas and communal areas remain clean, tidy, and well stocked.
  • To cover reception when necessary.
  • Basic administration duties.
  • To ensure internal mail is delivered promptly around our facilities.
  • Checking and signing off on deliveries and orders.
  • Assisting with the smooth running and overall presentation of our facilities.

Experience & Personal Attributes:

  • Previous experience of working within a hospitality or client services environment.
  • Experience in liaising directly with clients.
  • Able to self-manage your workload and perform calmly in a pressurised environment.
  • Excellent customer service & communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • An excellent team player who can also work independently when necessary.

Desirable but not essential:

  • An undergraduate degree in Television, Film, Media, or relevant field.
  • Knowledge of Avid Media Composer/Pro Tools, Adobe Premiere, After Effects or CETA.
  • Previous experience in a post-production environment.

Hours of Work:

40 hours per week at National Living Wage. The role includes some evenings and weekends and also frequent opportunities for overtime or extra shifts for client demand, events, or general business needs.
