Main Purpose:
You will be responsible for supporting our Online Symphony, Flame, and Baselight suites.
The role:
Our online department operates across eight Avid Symphony suites and three Flame
suites, capable of working at resolutions from HD up to 4K HDR and beyond.
You will often get the chance to work with the experienced team on large-scale multi-
episodic productions as well as fast turnaround ‘day of transmission’ style projects and get
hands on experience working in our suites.
You will gain valuable knowledge of the latest industry workflows and the chance to progress
in a forward-thinking and fast-paced organisation.
What are we looking for?
You will need to have demonstrable experience in the following:
• Assisting Avid Symphony – Conforms and Pre grade
• Experience in a machine room – you must be comfortable with all tapeless rushes
formats
• QC’ing Masters for TX
• Knowledge of encoding and file-based workflows.
