ENVY Group has officially acquired the Halo Group, uniting some of the UK’s most respected post-production and VFX businesses under one formidable banner. The move brings together ENVY, Capture, Absolute, and Blind Pig with Halo, Evolutions, and Relay to form the UK’s largest privately owned post production group.

At a time when the industry faces unprecedented pressures and notable closures at The Mill, MPC, Jellyfish, and most recently Glassworks VFX, this strategic consolidation signals a bold step forward.
